Early access · free for now

All your customer feedback. One place. Ready to prioritise.

FeedBecky collects feedback from Slack, Intercom, HubSpot, Notion and anything with an API, groups it by customer account, and helps your product team turn it into prioritised, evidence-backed user stories.

Nothing to install. Your own private workspace, ready in minutes.

The problem

Feedback is everywhere. Except where you need it.

Customers tell you what they need every day, just not in one place. By the time you plan the roadmap, the best evidence is buried in threads, deal notes and support tickets.

  • Slack threads

Colleagues paste customer quotes in channels, where they scroll away by Friday.

  • CRM notes

Won and lost reasons, call notes and meetings sit inside deals product never opens.

  • Support conversations

Feature requests hide between password resets in the support inbox.

  • Docs and notes

Interview notes and research live in databases nobody links back to.

How it works

From scattered quotes to shipped stories

Four steps, one workspace for your whole product team.

  1. Collect

Connect Slack, Intercom, HubSpot and Notion, or send anything through the ingest API. It all lands in one inbox, linked back to the original.

  2. Highlight

Select the passage that matters and turn it into an insight, tagged with themes, products and labels, and rated by importance. Or let AI suggest them.

  3. Prioritise

See which themes and products score highest, how many customers ask, and what is rising compared with the month before.

  4. Ship

Group insights into user stories with acceptance criteria and customer quotes as evidence, then send them to Jira in one click.

Features

Everything between "a customer said" and "we shipped it"

  • One inbox

Slack messages, Intercom conversations, HubSpot deals and notes, Notion pages and API submissions side by side, each linked to where it came from.

  • Grouped by account

Feedback from every source is grouped per customer company ("Acme Inc" and "Acme" match), with deals and their activities nested underneath.

  • AI triage, human approval

Optional AI reads new items and suggests insights with exact quotes and tags, or flags newsletters and auto-replies. Nothing changes until someone approves.

  • Prioritise dashboards

Themes, products and labels ranked by score, number of customers, last 30 days against the 30 before, and 12-month trends, plus a theme × product heatmap.

  • User stories to Jira

AI groups the insights on a product into user stories with acceptance criteria and the customer quotes as evidence. One click makes it a Jira ticket.

  • Team and access

Invite colleagues by email as owner, admin, editor or viewer. The owner decides who can use which part of the app with a per-function access matrix.

Insights

AI does the reading. You make the calls.

Highlight a passage yourself, or switch on AI triage and let it propose insights for every new item. You stay in charge: each suggestion waits for a person to approve, edit or dismiss it.

  • Exact quotes, not summaries. Every insight points to the words the customer used.
  • Your tags. Themes, products with sub-products, labels, and importance: nice to have, important or critical.
  • Your AI key, your budget. Bring your own Together AI key, set a monthly cap and see the full cost history.
  • Product context from your decks. Upload .pptx files and let AI draft a product description.

Integrations

Works with the tools your team already uses

Connect them from the app with your own tokens. No developers needed.

  • Slack

A "Send to FeedBecky" message shortcut, a /becky command, and watched Slack Workflow channels.

  • Intercom

Customer messages from conversations, via webhook and sync. Your team's replies stay out.

  • HubSpot

Deals with won and lost reasons, notes, calls and meetings, and inbox conversations.

  • Notion

Pull in pages from the Notion databases where you keep interview and research notes.

  • Jira

Turn a user story, with its acceptance criteria and customer evidence, into a Jira ticket in one click.

  • Together AI

Optional. Bring your own key for AI triage, user stories and product descriptions, with a monthly budget cap.

Anything with an API

Email forwarders, Zapier, Make, web forms or your own scripts: send feedback to the ingest API with your workspace's own token and it lands in the same inbox.

Security & privacy

Your customers' words stay yours

Feedback is some of the most sensitive data a company has. FeedBecky is built so each company only ever sees its own.

  • Isolated workspaces

Each company's data lives in its own private workspace, separated from every other customer.

  • Encrypted tokens

Integration tokens are entered by you in the app, stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM and never shown again in full.

  • Hashed passwords

Passwords are hashed with scrypt. Nobody can read them, including us.

  • You control access

Owner, admin, editor and viewer levels, plus an access matrix per function that the owner manages.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Something else on your mind? Sign up and look around: it's free during early access.

Do I need to install anything?

No. FeedBecky runs in your browser. Sign up, and you get your own workspace. Integrations are connected from the settings in the app by pasting in the tokens from your tools.

Where are my integration tokens stored?

In your workspace, encrypted with AES-256-GCM. After you save a token, the app never shows it again in full.

Does the AI change anything on its own?

No. AI triage only makes suggestions: insights with exact quotes and tags, or items it thinks are noise, like newsletters and auto-replies. Nothing changes until a person approves it. AI is optional, and FeedBecky works fine without it.

Which AI model is used?

You choose. The AI features run on Together AI with your own API key: pick one of the cost-efficient open models offered in the settings (such as DeepSeek, GLM, Qwen or gpt-oss) or enter any other Together model ID. You set a monthly budget cap and can see the full cost history in the app.

Can I invite my whole team?

Yes. Invite colleagues by email as owner, admin, editor or viewer. The owner can fine-tune which functions each level may use in the access matrix.

What if my tool isn't listed?

Use the ingest API. Each workspace gets its own token, so email forwarders, Zapier, Make, forms or your own scripts can send feedback straight into your inbox.
